Christina’s natural intuition of her pieces flamboyantly execute a meridian of skills. Evocative Torus’s to detailed mosaic masks, Christina Phillip’s sculptures ooze a beautiful original quality.
On June 4th, Christina will be creating a a piece of art, inspired entirely by the atmosphere of the day.
Christina will start working clay early afternoon, and allow the atmosphere of the gallery, its contents, fellow artists, art lovers, and enthusiasts to excite her, and influence this one off piece.
A few of her beautiful pieces will be exhibited from 2nd – 16th June in Notting Hill, London, accompanied by other contemporary and talented established and up and coming artists.
I will be going to meet her on Saturday in Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill, London. I will record the experience, with a camera, and a note book. I hope to encapsulate Christina’s working process and share with you the live interaction and newly forming relationship and rapport with both artist and audience.
